About the studio
The Arkansas Craft School is a nonprofit on the historic town square in Mountain View with specialty studios for wood, metal, glass, clay, photography, jewelry, fiber and studio arts, and a forge at the Windgate Craft Annex. It runs small year-round workshops taught by regional artists, such as bladesmithing, wood lathe turning and crochet, plus youth classes. Its Studio Pass lets artists 18 and older reserve a day in any studio not hosting a class, including the looms in the textiles studio and the clay studio, for their own projects.
