About the studio
Gizmo-CdA is Coeur d'Alene's nonprofit community makerspace, an 11,000 sq. ft. shop in the Hedlund Building on the North Idaho College campus. Members get access to a wood shop, a pottery studio with wheels, a creative arts lab with sewing machines, sergers, a long-arm quilter and felting gear, laser cutters, 3D printers and a sticker printer, after tool certification. Monthly or annual memberships are priced by tool-time hours, and classes and one-on-one mentor hours are open to non-members.
