About the studio
Golden Belt is a restored textile mill campus east of downtown Durham that mixes offices, lofts, a brewery and an arts community. Its warehouse studios house about 25 individual studio artists who create, show and sell work from their spaces, and studio availability is handled by email. The Great Hall shows rotating exhibitions, the Durham Art Guild has a gallery on campus, and the studios open to the public for the Third Friday Art Walk.
