About the studio
Knack Studio is a creative studio in Savannah's Starland District, founded in fall 2023, with three spaces for clay, glass and plants. Studio A at 106 E. 40th Street holds seven Shimpo wheels, a Skutt 1227 kiln, studio glazes, a slab roller and extruder, and hosts wheel classes and Independent Artists. Studio B next door runs walk-in glaze-your-own pottery, handbuilding workshops, kids' summer camp and stained glass classes. Independent Artists pay monthly for keypad access in time blocks with regular bisque and glaze firings.
