About the studio
Palos Verdes Art Center (Beverly G. Alpay Center for Arts Education) is a nonprofit visual arts school and gallery founded in 1931 in Rancho Palos Verdes. Its Studio School offers classes for all ages in drawing, painting, ceramics, textiles, digital design, glassblowing and printmaking, alongside free exhibitions and outreach programs. Membership is a supporter membership with class discounts and access to PVAC artists' groups, not open studio time.
