About the studio
The Idaho Art Lab is a volunteer-run nonprofit makerspace for the visual arts in St. Anthony, with a drop-in community art center, a ready-to-paint ceramics studio, the Yellowstone Teton Art Gallery and an art supply store. It has 14 labs rented by the hour after a certification class, among them a pottery lab with wheels, kilns, a slab roller and extruder, a black-and-white photography darkroom with 35mm to 4x5 enlargers, a screen-printing lab with a vacuum table and 4-color press, a gemstone lab and metal arts labs. Classes in each lab certify people to rent it.
